We will also be awarding plaques to each of our members who have achieved titles on their dogs this year. If your dog earned a title, please include that information in your RSVP for the banquet. This may all be done in one step below, but must be completed by Jan. 1, so that your award can be made. Cost: $25 per person. This must be pre-paid by Jan. 21. Please make checks payable to Great Lakes HRC. You may RSVP and pay via PayPal using our online form or print both the RSVP and Award Forms and send with your check to Patti Doane at: Patti Doane If writing a check for your dinner tickets, please make checks payable to Great Lakes HRC. If you prefer, you may pay for your dinner by clicking on the PayPal button below. To purchase multiple tickets, simply change the quantity on the "View Cart" page. There is a $1.00 processing fee added to cover PayPal costs.
As a part of the evening's festivities, there will be a raffle for prizes. Each member is asked to bring an item for the raffle table. One goal of the raffle will be to support an organization at Hamilton High School called Students Assisting Students Anonymously (SASA). These students collect personal toiletry items and provide them - anonymously by way of a closet that students can access when necessary - to students who don't have these simple necessities. GLHRC will be offering free raffle tickets to anyone who supports the efforts of SASA by bringing items from the list below to the banquet. To receive free raffle tickets, please bring some items from the list below. Each item from the list will earn you 3 free tickets up to a total of 30 free tickets. You are welcome, though, to bring more than 10 items. Your contribution will help some needy kids in our area...and just might help you win some cool gear! The items needed are as follows: bar soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, tampons, maxi pads, and lotion. Click on Patti's name in the address above to email her with questions.
