We will also be awarding plaques to each of our members who have achieved titles on their dogs this year. If your dog earned a title, please complete the appropriate form below by Jan. 12 so that Jean Stephens can prepare the title plaques. If you've never seen one of these plaques, they are very nice and a fitting tribute to your dog's hard work!

Please pre-pay for your adult tickets by Feb. 14. There are several ways that you may RSVP and pay. Below, see the links for each part and complete all those that apply.

As a part of the evening's festivities, there will be a raffle for prizes. Each member is asked to bring an item for the raffle table.

One goal of the raffle will be to support an organization at Hamilton High School called Students Assisting Students Anonymously (SASA). This year, we will, once again, be offering one arm's length of raffle tickets to anyone who brings ten toiletry or personal hygeine items to the banquet. These items (such as shampoo, deoderant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, body spray, etc.) will be placed in a closet at Hamilton High School where disadvantaged students know they can go and get these essential items free of charge without the stigma of having to ask someone for it.

This program has proven to be a huge benefit to some kids who really need some help and our club has supported this effort for several years now. We hope you will help continue this tradition of support!
