Great Lakes Membership

Below is a list of current Great Lakes HRC members.  If you wish to join the club, whether a new member or renewing your membership, click on the link below, print the application and mail it to Charlie Kitchel (address is at bottom of form).  You may also fill out the form in Microsoft Word, then email that form to Charlie and pay for your membership via PayPal.
