GLHRC Hunting Photo Gallery

The pictures below reflect some of the best times we get to spend with our dogs.  GLHRC members treasure the opportunity to watch their dogs do what they were bred for!

Sarah Shull's Curly-Coat, Rhino, in a competitive shoot-to-retrieve hunt. Now, that's an enthusiastic flush!

Tom Shaw and his Golden Retriever, Lexi, took a trip to South Dakota this fall and described it as nothing short of incredible!

A couple of "glamour shots" for Lexi!

Ain't old dogs cool?

Eastin Jordan (left) and Bret Vandenbil (right) after an exciting green timber hunt in Arkansas!

Bret's dog, Jack, looking tired after a long day!

When school got cancelled, Dec. 9 & 10, members Chad Miller (l), Brant Haverdink (m), and Tom Shaw (r) took full advantage at the Todd Farm!

Brian Courser and a buddy got in a field hunt on the last day of the Middle Zone season and found some mallards.

Mike Forbes had a great week chasing ringnecks in S.D.

Eastin Jordan was kind enough to share his good fortune in Oklahoma with his poor club members here in Michigan!

What a day!

Brian Courser said he walked three hours to put up one bird, but a pheasant shot in Michigan is aways a good thing!

Charlie (left) and Josh (right) Kitchel headed to North Dakota to chase ducks and ditch chickens. By all accounts they had a great time!

Bret Vandenbil and some buddies got after the ducks on Michigan's North Zone Opener.

These kids had a great time on the trip. Pictured is Bret's dog Jack.

BEST DAY EVER! That was Paige Courser's quote after she went on this September goose hunt with her dad.

The morning started early for Paige Courser, but she caught a few winks once the decoys were set!

As you can see, the early start paid off and the whole clan got their geese!

Kudos, once again, to Brian Courser (second from right) for getting kids out to enjoy our sport!
