| Jake is black with yellow factor. Jake has been
hunted extensively in North and South Dakota, Ontario as well as in
Michigan. Jake has had close to 1,000 birds shot over him in the past 6
years, and is a frequently requested dog for pit blind style goose hunts
during the early and late seasons. Jake is also frequently requested for
duty at tower shoots within Michigan as both a retriever and a walk up dog.
In 6 years, Jake has nearly hunted everything from ducks, Canada geese,
cranes, sharptail, Huns, ruffed grouse, quail, and of course pheasant. |
Tess is black and should be yellow factored
given that her sire is yellow. Tess has also been hunted quite a bit
having been hunted in South Dakota and Michigan for ducks, geese, and upland
birds. Tess is known for her speed on marks and blinds as well as her
excellent line manners. Tess has a high pass rate at the Finished level and
has only failed 4 tests in getting to the 410 point level. Tess is also a
constant brace mate of Jake's at tower shoots and walk up hunts. |
